Litigation
The process of making or defending a claim
in a court of law is litigation. It is one way of resolving
disputes that arise out of an infinite variety of circumstances.
The term "litigation" includes “alternate dispute resolution”,
such as, "arbitration". It is as complex a matter, as a law suit,
requiring legal insight at every
step.
